Corn gluten meal (CGM) is a by-product of corn grains processed by starch production and food fermentation industry in China. It is rich in protein aournd 60% and has a special taste and natural color, which can be used as feed of livestock species including fish.Compared with the fish meal and bean cake commonly used in the feed industry, It is a residue left behind by wet-milling and more easier to obtain,has lower cost, does not contain toxic and harmful substances, and does not need to be reprocessed. It can be directly used as a protein material. Corn gluten meal contains lutein and amino acids.

The product is golden yellow, and its physical appearance is fine granular powder. Due to its high protein content, corn gluten meal is mainly used as a source of protein, as a potential substitute for other plant or animal protein, such as soybean meal, meat and bone meal, and fish meal.
